Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure services projects and customers are managed professionally and customer-focused
Drive cooperation between resources to deliver solutions to customers
Collect and review project information to execute projects successfully
Support generation and review of quotes and invoices for accuracy
Generate and process change orders efficiently
Monitor, participate and communicate in project management
Attend site visits and customer meetings
Coordinate resources and assign individual responsibilities
Establish project risk levels and communicate them to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
3 to 5 years of project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Knowledge of ASME and CSA standards
Knowledge of pipeline operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to make decisions affecting project execution
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-task
Excellent interpersonal, commercial and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
