About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement business solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Platform Event Flows); Validation Rules; Approval Processes; Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Actions; Formula Fields
Follow a “clicks before code” development philosophy
Build reusable, scalable, and well-documented automation solutions
Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced UI requirements
Support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
Apply Salesforce best practices for: Flow governance; Error handling; Naming conventions; Security and sharing; Deployment management
Partner with admins and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 + years of Salesforce platform development experience
Strong expertise in: Salesforce Flow; Lightning Web Components (LWC); App Builder; Apex (as needed)
Experience with: Sales Cloud; CPQ /Revenue Cloud; Reporting and Dashboards
Experience designing complex Flow automations at enterprise scale
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools: Copado / Gearset / DevOps Center; SFDX
Knowledge of security model : Profiles; Permission Sets; Sharing Rules; Field-Level Security
