Key responsibilities & impact

Providing technical user support, assisting users with system and software configuration
Managing support tickets, prioritizing requests, and handling escalations
Migration, tuning and setup of the IT infrastructure
Supporting and troubleshooting existing development environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years experience as system engineer
Basic network administration (Routing, ACLs, DHCP, DNS, VLAN)
Hypervisors management
AD, domain services and GPO
Problems solving and technical troubleshooting
Linux administration and commandline
Windows administration
English level: pre-intermediate
Would be a plus : Understanding CI/CD
Ansible or Python knowledge
