Key responsibilities & impact

  • Sales responsibility for Spain: You lead all customer conversations across the Spanish market.
  • Pipeline building: Cold outreach, warm introductions, events, panels.
  • Industry presence: You represent syte at relevant industry events.
  • Focus on early customers: You personally onboard the first Spanish customers.
  • Market radar: You translate the Spanish market reality into clear input for Lena and the product team.
  • Partnerships and advisors: You take over and further develop syte's existing Spanish relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Your network is your strongest asset.
  • Technical proficiency is non-negotiable.
  • Experience in the Spanish real estate market.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Residency in Madrid or willingness to relocate there from day one.
