About the role
- Provide expertise for all elements of USAF airframe management practices, policies, and understanding
- Advise a team of operations analysts, data scientists, and software engineers on USAF Systems Program Office (SPO) and Air Combat Command operations, maintenance, and sustainment practices
- Ensure effective forecasting and analysis through cohesive compilation and assessment of USAF operational, maintenance, and logistical data
- Prepare airframe operational availability and program forecast briefings for military and civilian Service leadership, as directed
- Review policies involving operations, training, and logistics relevant to SPO and ACC analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)
- At least 20 years’ experience with USAF maintenance, data systems, requirements, and/or scheduling
- Experience with DoD budget requirements or other Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
- DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
