About the role
- Assist the Senior Vice President in directing daily operations of the Child Support State Disbursement Unit (SDU) project
- Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports operational excellence and employee engagement
- Implement and enforce corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain operational integrity and efficiency
- Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance service delivery, scalability, and long-term contract success
- Ensure full compliance with State SDU contract requirements, federal and state regulations, corporate policies, and applicable laws
- Manage and effectively use corporate and project resources; communicate changes and decisions appropriately with staff and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in project or operational management
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline is required; a graduate degree is preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting client relationship management is highly desirable
- Must speak English
- Experience using Microsoft Windows with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software products
