About the role

  • 24/7 call center facility
  • Receive 100 to 150 inbound calls per shift and categorize calls according to SOPs and contracts
  • Maintain understanding of policies and procedures
  • Provide customer service via Email, Phone, Chat
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Equipment provided by SMI; must be returned upon separation

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Will accept an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed - cable or fiber
  • Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered
