About the role
- 24/7 call center facility
- Receive 100 to 150 inbound calls per shift and categorize calls according to SOPs and contracts
- Maintain understanding of policies and procedures
- Provide customer service via Email, Phone, Chat
- Other duties as assigned
- Equipment provided by SMI; must be returned upon separation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Will accept an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed - cable or fiber
- Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
- Must reside in the United States to be considered
