About the role

  • Prospect and acquire customers and sell bilingual education programs to private, public, or third‑sector (nonprofit) educational institutions
  • Visit schools to present the bilingual education program
  • Identify and prospect potential clients to present the Systemic Bilingual program
  • Identify opportunities for the company’s products during school visits
  • Deliver commercial and pedagogical presentations to school staff
  • Participate in the area’s strategic planning
  • Follow up on visits and support the client through to contract closing
  • Conduct parent meetings to present the program
  • Request the contract draft from management when necessary
  • Attend company events to generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Minimum 2 years in sales/commercial roles within the education sector
  • Intermediate English
  • Proficiency in the Systemic methodology
  • Knowledge of HubSpot
  • Knowledge of sales and the Brazilian education market
  • Presentation techniques
  • Public speaking
  • Negotiation and client-relationship skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Microsoft 365
  • Pedagogical knowledge
