About the role
- Prospect and acquire customers and sell bilingual education programs to private, public, or third‑sector (nonprofit) educational institutions
- Visit schools to present the bilingual education program
- Identify and prospect potential clients to present the Systemic Bilingual program
- Identify opportunities for the company’s products during school visits
- Deliver commercial and pedagogical presentations to school staff
- Participate in the area’s strategic planning
- Follow up on visits and support the client through to contract closing
- Conduct parent meetings to present the program
- Request the contract draft from management when necessary
- Attend company events to generate leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Minimum 2 years in sales/commercial roles within the education sector
- Intermediate English
- Proficiency in the Systemic methodology
- Knowledge of HubSpot
- Knowledge of sales and the Brazilian education market
- Presentation techniques
- Public speaking
- Negotiation and client-relationship skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Microsoft 365
- Pedagogical knowledge
