About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive business development and sales growth for Systematic’s SitaWare and IRIS defence solutions
  • Develop and execute business strategies and account plans to achieve sales targets across the UK Air and Joint market
  • Engage customers and key stakeholders, including UK Armed Forces at SO2 level and above
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of SitaWare and IRIS to communicate their value compellingly to defence audiences
  • Provide structured reporting and stakeholder updates to keep the business informed and aligned
  • Feed first-hand customer insights back into product development to influence Systematic’s roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive military C2 experience either within planning, operations or intelligence
  • Cross-domain military experience with a focus on the Air domain and joint/multi-domain operations
  • Solid knowledge of the defence C2 market
  • Strong and demonstrable network within the UK Armed Forces at SO2 level or above
  • Experience in business development in the defence C2/C4I market is ideal
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical subject is desirable
  • Must speak and write fluent English
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Must meet the requirements for a UK security check and possible additional security checks commensurate with your role.
