About the role

  • Join a team of 15 highly skilled colleagues
  • Create test designs, test cases and focus on risk assessment
  • Evaluate how features must be tested and advise on creating automated tests where needed
  • Participate in all test activities such as integration tests, system tests, field tests, and bug hunts
  • Create and maintain test documentation like test considerations, test cases, risk analysis and defect reporting
  • Develop and maintain test environments

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within software development projects
  • Passionate about quality assurance, integrating quality from specification to final product
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Communicates complex solutions clearly and works effectively in distributed Scrum teams
  • Proactive, responsible, result-oriented, and comfortable balancing independent work with teamwork
  • Thrives in a structured yet flexible process and appreciates autonomy in organizing work
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
