About the role

  • Take responsibility for an efficient purchasing function and supply chain, ensuring our customers are optimally supplied
  • Analyze demand, coordinate orders, and ensure all products are available in the right quantities and on time
  • Advise customers on hardware products such as Macs, printers, and scanners and prepare appropriate quotes
  • Ensure optimal inventory management and coordinate goods flows efficiently
  • Handle returns, evaluate warranty cases, and optimize the returns process with suppliers
  • Plan and monitor the shipment of IT products to our customers, ensuring smooth delivery

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial vocational qualification (e.g., forwarding and logistics clerk, industrial clerk) and have experience in purchasing and logistics
  • You enjoy planning, keep an overview, and work in a structured and solution-oriented way
  • You have initial hands-on experience with ERP systems and have independently picked/processed orders and prepared quotes
  • You are open, can interact well with customers and suppliers, and communicate clearly and courteously
  • You are comfortable with IT products and curious about digital processes
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills (min. C1); a Class B driving license is an advantage
