About the role

  • As a Purchasing Consultant, you ensure that our goods flow runs smoothly and that our IT products are in the right place at the right time
  • Analyze demand, coordinate orders and manage suppliers
  • Advise customers on IT hardware and prepare quotes
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage goods flows efficiently
  • Professionally handle returns and warranty cases
  • Plan and oversee the shipping of IT products

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training and have experience in purchasing and logistics
  • You work independently, are structured, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks
  • You have solid practical experience with ERP software, particularly in order picking and quote preparation
  • You communicate clearly and courteously and handle customers and suppliers confidently
  • You are enthusiastic about IT hardware and enjoy working with digital processes
  • You have excellent written and spoken German (at least C1); a Class B driving license is an advantage
