About the role
- Support the team in maintaining stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure for our clients
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems in medical practices, hospitals, schools, and Mac-based offices
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support to our clients and assist with technical issues via phone and remote support
- Ensure our servers and networks are stable, available, and secure
- Work with Linux-based operating systems and IPv4 networks and support their administration
- Gain insight into all areas of a modern system integrator — from MacBooks to firewalls
Requirements
- You are studying Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a comparable technical degree and have gained initial practical experience
- You are passionate about Linux, networking, and IT security and enjoy tackling technical challenges — whether in your studies, privately, or through personal projects
- You approach problems in a structured way, quickly grasp relationships, and find pragmatic solutions
- You can explain technical topics clearly and enjoy helping others with IT issues
- You work carefully, are solution-oriented and independent, but also comfortable working in a team
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form.
