About the role

  • Purchasing & supplier management – You analyze demand, coordinate orders and ensure that all products are available in the right quantities and on time
  • Customer advising & quotation preparation – You advise customers on hardware products such as Macs, printers or scanners and prepare appropriate quotes
  • Warehouse & inventory management – You ensure our stock levels are managed optimally and coordinate goods flows efficiently
  • Returns management – You handle returns, check warranty cases and optimize the return process with suppliers
  • Shipping & logistics – You plan and monitor the shipment of IT products to our customers and ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

  • Education & experience – You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics clerk, industrial clerk) and have experience in purchasing & logistics
  • Organizational skills & working style – You enjoy planning, keep an overview and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner
  • ERP systems – You have gained initial practical experience with ERP systems and have independently picked/processed orders and prepared quotations in them
  • Communication – You are open, can interact well with customers and suppliers and communicate clearly and courteously
  • IT affinity – You have no reservations about IT products and are curious about digital processes
  • Language skills & mobility – You have very good German language skills, written and spoken (min. C1); a Class B driving licence is an advantage
