About the role
- You will take responsibility for an efficient purchasing and supply chain to ensure our customers are optimally supplied
- Purchasing & supplier management - You will analyze demand, coordinate orders and ensure that all products are available in the right quantities and on time
- You will monitor delivery times and manage suppliers to prevent bottlenecks
- Customer advising & quote preparation - You will advise customers on hardware products such as Macs, printers or scanners and prepare appropriate quotes
- Warehouse & inventory management – You will ensure our stock levels are managed optimally and coordinate goods flows efficiently
- Returns management – You will handle returns, assess warranty cases and optimize the return process with suppliers
- Shipping & logistics – You will plan and oversee the shipment of IT products to our customers and ensure smooth deliveries
Requirements
- You are ideally studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program – at least in your third semester
- You enjoy planning, keep an overview and work in a structured and solution-oriented way
- You have gained initial practical experience with ERP systems and have independently picked/handled orders and prepared quotes
- You are open, able to interact well with customers and suppliers and communicate clearly and courteously
- You are comfortable with IT products and curious about digital processes
- You have very good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1); a Class B driving license is an advantage
