About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go-live
Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts
Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned
Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage - helping users feel confident from day one
Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering software implementations, ideally in healthcare or other regulated environments
Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management skills; comfortable owning a workstream
Confident facilitator with excellent documentation, testing coordination and release discipline
Pragmatic problem-solver who stays calm in ambiguous, fast-moving situations and takes ownership
A collaborative style grounded in humility, integrity and a focus on doing the right thing
Experience of Social Care finance in both Adults and Children’s services
Knowledge of Financial Assessment for Social Care
Knowledge of Corporate finance systems and basic financial accounting principles
Experience of File imports and exports, including requirements gathering through to implementation and testing
Excellent communication skills in order to support and provide guidance at all levels.
