About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go-live
  • Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts
  • Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned
  • Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage - helping users feel confident from day one
  • Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience delivering software implementations, ideally in healthcare or other regulated environments
  • Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management skills; comfortable owning a workstream
  • Confident facilitator with excellent documentation, testing coordination and release discipline
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who stays calm in ambiguous, fast-moving situations and takes ownership
  • A collaborative style grounded in humility, integrity and a focus on doing the right thing
  • Experience of Social Care finance in both Adults and Children’s services
  • Knowledge of Financial Assessment for Social Care
  • Knowledge of Corporate finance systems and basic financial accounting principles
  • Experience of File imports and exports, including requirements gathering through to implementation and testing
  • Excellent communication skills in order to support and provide guidance at all levels.
