About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go-live
- Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts
- Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned
- Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage - helping users feel confident from day one
- Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering software implementations, ideally in healthcare or other regulated environments
- Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management skills; comfortable owning a workstream
- Confident facilitator with excellent documentation, testing coordination and release discipline
- Pragmatic problem-solver who stays calm in ambiguous, fast-moving situations and takes ownership
- A collaborative style grounded in humility, integrity and a focus on doing the right thing
- Experience of Social Care finance in both Adults and Children’s services
- Knowledge of Financial Assessment for Social Care
- Knowledge of Corporate finance systems and basic financial accounting principles
- Experience of File imports and exports, including requirements gathering through to implementation and testing
- Excellent communication skills in order to support and provide guidance at all levels.
