About the role
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements and performing system configuration to build applications using our SaaS low-code application platform builder to meet client needs.
- Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders, leading workshops to understand their business needs, identifying and documenting requirements, and collaborating with solution developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Develop detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc.
- Participate in and/or lead technical design sessions with solution developers
- Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications with our low code application platform
- Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines
- Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback; resolve technical issues during client review and testing
- Lead end user and administrator training sessions
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, providing guidance to end users and resolving reported issues
- Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions to resolve them
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements analysis activities, including documenting functional requirements and maintaining traceability to test cases
- Demonstrated experience leveraging an in-depth understanding of software capabilities to address business challenges
- Understanding of enterprise software and database structures
- Knowledge of software development and deployment methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, PlanView, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess client business needs
- Ability to analyze technical options and formulate recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and patiently communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Passion for learning and personal growth, specifically when it comes to technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
