About the role
- Responsible for owning solution requirements from discovery through delivery
- Independently configuring production-ready applications using our SaaS low-code application platform
- Translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions by analyzing processes, documenting detailed requirements, and configuring workflows, data models, actions, and user experiences
- Leading discussions with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of client business challenges
- Defining functional solution designs and building or refining solutions
- Independently delivering configured solutions or producing clear, actionable user stories to support solution development
- Troubleshooting and debugging system errors and implementing solutions to resolve them
- Participating in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience independently delivering business analysis and system configuration work in a production environment
- Confidently challenge assumptions and recommend alternative solutions
- Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, testable requirements
- Facilitate discussions with minimal direction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable working under pressure or strict deadlines
- Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product delivery principles
- Knowledge of user story creation and backlog management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with business analysis tools.
