About the role

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Assist with user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Participate in discovery and brainstorming sessions.
  • Join design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the design system.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
  • Solid understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices
  • Awareness of how user research impacts product decisions
  • A keen eye for good design as well as great attention to detail
  • Proactive & curious team player who pushes boundaries and brings unique creativity and original thinking
  • Mindful and accountable approach to work, nothing is someone else’s problem
  • Eager to learn and receive feedback on your work
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions to key stakeholders.
  • What other experience would be a big plus?
  • Experience in making data and user feedback-driven design decisions (through usability testing, and other UX research methods, both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes or design sprints
  • Understanding user flows and interaction design
  • Experience with maintaining design systems
  • Interest in UX writing.
