About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and service targets
  • Design and implement sales and development plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace
  • Ensuring all contractual elements are recorded and documented to ensure clear and concise customer and account management
  • Maintain contact with key units through site visits to drive sales and manage any service issue
  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally to achieve sales and growth plans
  • Responsible for building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity
  • Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years’ experience within a customer sales / relationship management role, ideally within the Foodservice sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company minimum standards
