Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate revenue from the acquisition of new accounts within the Independent Channel.
  • Develop an overall territory plan and strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships across various customer levels at target properties.
  • Prepare presentations and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Manage complex selling situations and develop product solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of successful sales experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in New Business Development/New Account Acquisition
  • Hospitality Industry and/or Textile Experience a plus
  • Professional, polished telephone presence and face-to-face demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency with basic computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM).
