About the role
- Support implementation and sustainment of several change management initiatives geared to divisional transformation.
- Compile supply metrics and complete analysis to support purchasing and inventory decisions.
- Support the process of adding new products (SKUs) to the company's inventory.
- Assist designated associates with existing inventory management by analyzing and supporting planned actions to clear aging inventory.
- Support reporting requirements for Procurement with scheduled monthly and weekly reports.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of equivalent work experience in Purchasing Management/Environment and/or completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or Finance.
- Knowledge and advanced functional with; Excel, Access, and other Microsoft products.
- Able to engage and lead team discussions and meetings.
- Willingness to develop and understand team dynamics and works well within a team structure.
- Collaborative mind set.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills.
- Strong understanding of financial and supply concepts.
