About the role
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of sales compensation for the Field Sales and National Sales roles within corporate and field teams
- Work under the leadership of the Sales Compensation Lead to operationalize all processes and tools required to track and manage sales compensation programs
- Support the execution of all field sales compensation changes
- Participate in the review of business processes to ensure effectiveness and ability to deliver desired results
- Work alongside key stakeholders to design and implement metrics, routines, and supporting tools
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years working in foodservice distribution required, with demonstrated understanding in the areas of sales compensation, finance, sales, and field execution
- Experience in sales operations initiatives and deployments
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Methodical and organized
- Program/Project Management
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
