About the role

  • Support the execution of integrated cross-channel digital activations by managing content inputs across ecommerce and digital channels.
  • Ensure digital content is correctly mapped to campaign objectives, audiences, and channel requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance across digital channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Act as a day-to-day partner to Digital Campaign Managers, ensuring content execution aligns with integrated digital activation plans.
  • Maintain content documentation, campaign asset inventories, and performance summaries for digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content analysis, campaign support, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (including staging environments), CMS tools and digital marketing channels (email, onsite, paid media, SEO/SEM, social).
  • Experience analyzing digital content performance and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
