About the role
- Support the execution of integrated cross-channel digital activations by managing content inputs across ecommerce and digital channels.
- Ensure digital content is correctly mapped to campaign objectives, audiences, and channel requirements.
- Monitor and analyze content performance across digital channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Act as a day-to-day partner to Digital Campaign Managers, ensuring content execution aligns with integrated digital activation plans.
- Maintain content documentation, campaign asset inventories, and performance summaries for digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content analysis, campaign support, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (including staging environments), CMS tools and digital marketing channels (email, onsite, paid media, SEO/SEM, social).
- Experience analyzing digital content performance and translating insights into recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
