About the role

  • The Finance Director for USFS FP&A will be responsible for helping lead the USFS FP&A team and process.
  • This person will lead the group responsible for supporting and driving process improvement in the field, including defining, developing, and documenting best practices in the organization.
  • The team also helps with process standardization and training and development of standard practices.
  • This individual will also, at times, support the USFS forecasting and planning process.
  • This person will communicate and drive initiatives from the GSC to the field finance org.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
  • MBA Preferred
  • 5 – 7 years in finance or accounting
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization (executive to associate level)
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced excel skill
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong, proactive problem solving skills
