About the role
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing salary data, and providing strategic guidance to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation practices
- Lead the collection and analysis of compensation data from various sources
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of compensation trends
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement compensation programs
- Conduct complex job evaluations and provide expert guidance on job leveling and salary banding
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation-related matters
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required
- Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable
