About the role
- Provide leadership on multiple cross-functional transformation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consensus among key stakeholders with diverse needs
- Develop and maintain trust-based partnership relationships at multiple levels of the organization
- Execute stakeholder alignment plans to proactively manage business change
- Solve complex problems in a structured way and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver impactful presentations to project sponsors and leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Five years of experience
- Three years supply chain experience – deep experience in select areas of expertise combined with a broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain
- Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple cross-functional transformation projects
- Two to three years business and/or technology consulting skills of project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration
