About the role
- Support and manage the Pricing team in pricing strategies execution across customers
- Provide internal pricing guidance for seasonal changes and monthly pricing structures
- Develop innovative pricing schemes and tools
- Measure and maintain price performance
- Provide governance over all pricing-related processes
- Work with procurement and supply chain teams to understand costs
- Design, implement and maintain benchmarking price guidance
- Build and map Financial Evaluation documents for business tenders
- Oversee a small team to ensure accuracy in reporting and price uploads.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar Pricing Manager role
- Advanced knowledge in creating, publishing and managing price lists
- Understanding of complex pricing strategy management, either B2B or B2C
- Expertise in assessing commercial proposals and providing accurate recommendations
- Experience supporting and managing a small – medium sized team through effective coaching and development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and commercial mindset to support margin and sales growth.
