Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement, the Supply Chain Project Analyst will support implementation and sustainment of several change management initiatives geared to divisional transformation.
Will be the liaison between functional groups, ensuring effective communication, carrying out project tasks such facilitating meetings, completing approval processes, conducting analysis and providing follow up.
Responsible to compile supply metrics and complete analysis to support purchasing and inventory decisions, and coordinate establishing new processes and procedures with documentation, distribution and storage of this information.
General support on key projects keeping projects moving forward by tracking metrics and progress, doing analysis, communicating amongst stakeholders, following up on tasks and compiling documentation as required.
Support the process of adding new products (Stock Keeping Units - SKUs) to the company's inventory through the IAF process, customer demand, and profitability to assist with decisions on which new SKUs to introduce while following up on efficient inventory management and minimizing the negative impacts of excessive product variety.
Assist designated associates with existing inventory management by analyzing and supporting planned actions to clear aging inventory.
Through SKU rationalization and best practices aim to help businesses eliminate slow-moving, redundant, and obsolete stock to provide a means of improving efficiency and customer satisfaction by focusing on the items that generate the most value and demand.
Support reporting requirements for Procurement with scheduled monthly and weekly reports and other ad hoc reports or tasks as required by Senior Management.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of equivalent work experience in Purchasing Management/Environment and/or completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or Finance.
Knowledge and advanced functional with; Excel, Access, and other Microsoft products.
University or College degree preferably with a Supply Chain or Business focus, or equivalent years of experience.
Able to engage and lead team discussions and meetings.
Willingness to develop and understand team dynamics and works well within a team structure.
Collaborative mind set. Recognizes and acknowledges the value others bring to the organization.
Exhibits a high level of trust and accountability.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency.

A willingness to master organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple initiatives/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities, as necessary.
