About the role
- Provide consultation, strategic insight, and recommendations on Workday, Cora and SUS financial system processes
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, from concept to delivery
- Identify process gaps, and drive integration testing, standardization, and functional validation before rollout
- Focus on strategic assessment and establishment of financial processes and standards for the assigned financial domain
- Guide and deliver solutions that meet business requirements
- Participate and provide oversight in design session reviews across various phases of the process
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for the financial system lifecycle
- Provide coaching and training to both key internal and external stakeholders
- Support leadership by mentoring cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in a Finance-related field
- 8+ years of progressive, related experience in financial systems (e.g. Workday) design, development, and delivery
- 3+ years of leadership-related experience, including managing teams, projects, or processes, and demonstrating expertise in financial domain leadership
- Workday Pro Certification preferred
