About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage activities of Phase I and bioequivalence projects, acting as the interface between internal teams and national and international sponsors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client portfolio throughout the entire project lifecycle, leading technical and schedule alignment meetings — online and in person — and acting as Synvia’s spokesperson when required, communicating in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
  • Monitor progress of each activity with the responsible departments, identifying schedule deviations and coordinating necessary corrective actions to maintain the timeline agreed with the sponsor;
  • Track and ensure compliance with the contract’s financial milestones (payment milestones) for national and international portfolios, coordinating with the Commercial and Finance teams on billing processes, as well as drug reimbursement and analytical standards when specified in the contract;
  • Anticipate schedule, scope and contractual compliance risks, proposing and implementing contingency plans together with the Head of Operations, internal stakeholders and the sponsor;
  • Support Commercial and Operational areas in assessing the feasibility of new studies, contributing execution insight, timelines and operational risk assessments;
  • Ensure traceability and governance of project information in corporate platforms, contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Nursing, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to bioequivalence studies — in clinical project management, monitoring, or study operations;
  • Excellent communication with national and international sponsors, conducting meetings and reporting status with clarity, autonomy and a consultative approach;
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
