About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the consultative sales process from the initial qualified contact through to closing;
  • Conduct frequent commercial visits with customers and prospective clients;
  • Hold diagnostic/discovery meetings to understand customers' needs, challenges and objectives;
  • Deliver presentations tailored to the needs identified for each customer;
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized solutions aligned with each customer's situation;
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information and predictable results;
  • Lead negotiations, align expectations and handle commercial discussions with decision-makers;
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with prospective and active customers;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, support, marketing) to ensure process fluidity and a positive customer experience;
  • Monitor performance KPIs, such as conversion rate, close forecast and others;
  • Participate in events, demonstrations, presentations and activities that strengthen the company's market presence;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the commercial process and provide structured feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Health or related fields);
  • Experience in B2B consultative sales;
  • Ability to lead presentations, negotiations and meetings with decision-makers;
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management;
  • Experience selling high-ticket products/services and dealing with multiple stakeholders is a plus;
  • Prior experience in technology, services or enterprise solutions is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the markets and segments served by the company.
