Sales Executive, Diagnostics Commercial
SYNVIASales Executive managing consultative sales from engagement to closure for Synvia diagnostics services. Building strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction across commercial interactions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the consultative sales process from the initial qualified contact through to closing;
- Conduct frequent commercial visits with customers and prospective clients;
- Hold diagnostic/discovery meetings to understand customers' needs, challenges and objectives;
- Deliver presentations tailored to the needs identified for each customer;
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized solutions aligned with each customer's situation;
- Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information and predictable results;
- Lead negotiations, align expectations and handle commercial discussions with decision-makers;
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with prospective and active customers;
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, support, marketing) to ensure process fluidity and a positive customer experience;
- Monitor performance KPIs, such as conversion rate, close forecast and others;
- Participate in events, demonstrations, presentations and activities that strengthen the company's market presence;
- Identify opportunities to improve the commercial process and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Health or related fields);
- Experience in B2B consultative sales;
- Ability to lead presentations, negotiations and meetings with decision-makers;
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management;
- Experience selling high-ticket products/services and dealing with multiple stakeholders is a plus;
- Prior experience in technology, services or enterprise solutions is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the markets and segments served by the company.
