About the role

  • Support the maintenance of Quality processes;
  • Participate in and/or conduct internal and external audits;
  • Perform updates to files and manuals within the Quality Management System;
  • Support technical teams in conducting investigations of non-conformities, initiating change controls, and performing risk analyses;
  • Participate in document reviews (technical and procedural) involving the various stages of processes across Synvia group companies;
  • Draft and review SOPs to keep the Quality Assurance System current and compliant with applicable regulations;
  • Prepare, review, and support investigations of deviations, critical analyses, and action plans;
  • Support qualification and/or validation activities;
  • Participate in courses, trainings, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (GLP, GMP, RDCs, ISO);
  • Prior experience or basic knowledge in Quality Assurance is desirable;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish;
