About the role
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads;
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities;
- Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing);
- Map stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies;
- Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations of the software;
- Develop customized commercial proposals;
- Negotiate contractual terms and commercial conditions;
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships;
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Maintain deep knowledge of our software solutions;
- Understand the specific needs of each industry sector (industry, retail, services, etc.);
- Analyze competitors and position our competitive differentiators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent;
- Experience in B2B software or technology solution sales;
- Knowledge of complex sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC;
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar;
- Familiarity with SaaS concepts, cloud computing, and software licensing.
