About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads;
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing);
  • Map stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies;
  • Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations of the software;
  • Develop customized commercial proposals;
  • Negotiate contractual terms and commercial conditions;
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships;
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our software solutions;
  • Understand the specific needs of each industry sector (industry, retail, services, etc.);
  • Analyze competitors and position our competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent;
  • Experience in B2B software or technology solution sales;
  • Knowledge of complex sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC;
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar;
  • Familiarity with SaaS concepts, cloud computing, and software licensing.
