About the role

  • Manage all stages of proposals for full-service clinical studies or specific services (monitoring, Project Management, statistics, regulatory and medical/scientific).
  • Review and analyze RFPs to ensure proper understanding of scope, requirements, complexity and risks.
  • Develop proposal strategy (assumptions, rationale, timeline, resourcing).
  • Prepare budgets, cost tables, resource estimates and technical justifications.
  • Conduct operational feasibility analyses, including potential sites, epidemiology, recruitment capacity, inclusion/exclusion criteria and study risks.
  • Assess availability of internal/external resources and propose alternative solutions.
  • Build timeline and risk scenarios with mitigation plans for internal teams and client review.
  • Organize and lead strategic meetings with Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Finance and other areas involved in the study.
  • Work together with Business Development in client relationships, participating in meetings, technical presentations or Q&A sessions.
  • Interact with external vendors for quotes (laboratories, couriers, specialized services).
  • Ensure all delivered documents (proposal, budget, technical annexes) comply with Synvia standards, client expectations and agreed deadlines.
  • Perform technical review and quality control of colleagues’ proposals (peer review).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of models, templates and internal processes.
  • Monitor the sales funnel, keeping status updated and ensuring continuous communication flow with clients.
  • Prepare executive presentations, BID materials and management reports.
  • Support initial project planning (handover to PMO and Operations), when applicable.
  • Provide technical guidance to more junior analysts or specialists.
  • Support implementation of best practices in the Proposals, Feasibility and Business Development areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Experience focused on proposal preparation, feasibility analysis, clinical study planning or experience in project management/monitoring that provides a strong operational understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of Clinical Research, ICH-GCP, study phases and operational processes.
  • Advanced Excel (especially budget construction).
  • Advanced English.
