About the role
- Execute global key account strategy for designated accounts, continuously refining and adapting to market needs
- Build and sustain strong client relationships at executive and operational levels
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring strategic partnerships deliver mutual value

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in multinational environments
- Global key account management expertise within the chemical sector
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across global markets
