About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the product team across tooling, analytics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design, gaining hands-on experience in how a fast-growing AI company builds and ships products at scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, consulting, business analysis, project coordination, startups, or a similar problem-solving environment (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information, spot patterns, and turn data into actionable insights
- AI-literate and excited to leverage modern AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how products are built and scaled in a fast-moving startup environment
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools such as Notion, Linear, Jira, PostHog, or Airtable, and basic experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or automation tools
