About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on end-to-end product features across the Avatars and Generative Media domain.
Design and deliver features that combine frontend, backend, and AI model capabilities.
Take ownership of features from idea through to production.
Work directly with AI models, understanding reliability constraints and shaping product decisions.
Build backend systems, frontend experiences, and end-to-end workflows.
Collaborate closely with product and design to translate user problems into experiments and features.
Ship features behind feature flags, measure outcomes, and refine based on feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end in production environments.
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend.
Strong product mindset.
Experience working in 0 to 1 environments.
Evaluate technical feasibility and make pragmatic trade-offs.
Care about reliability and user experience.
Confident collaborating with product and design teams.
Willing to debug and work across the stack.
AI or ML-powered products experience is a plus.
