About the role
- Manage all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Draft, review contracts, including Hosting, Managed Services, AMS SOWs, Change Orders, Amendments, and Renewals using templates
- Work with sales and finance teams to facilitate the execution and negotiation of end-customer contracts in a high transaction volume environment
- Work with Attorneys on legal escalations and changes requested to template contracts
- Maintain and organize contract documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts
- Perform other duties as requested by the manager to support and achieve project milestone goals
Requirements
- College degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in English
- Nice to Have: Experience with contract management software
- Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign
