About the role
- End-to-end ownership of the entire recruitment process for positions in our IT domains (e.g. Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)
- Advising hiring managers on selection methods, suitable candidate profiles, and market trends
- Creative direct search and active sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn and XING
- Building and maintaining high-quality talent pools – both regionally and internationally
- Conducting interviews and supporting decision-making processes up to and including salary negotiations
- Continuous optimization of the candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
- Contribution to employer branding initiatives, social media recruiting, and recruiting events
- Reporting on relevant recruiting KPIs and deriving measures to improve processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the IT or digital environment
- Enthusiasm for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)
- Confident handling of applicant management systems and MS Office
- Strong technological understanding and interest in topics such as SAP, cloud technologies, or digital manufacturing
- Professional demeanor, empathy, and a genuine enjoyment of networking
- Strong communication and consulting skills in English
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and strong team spirit
