About the role
- Design, configure, and develop integration scenarios in SAP CPI
- Build, optimize, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using adapters (SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, JDBC, etc.)
- Establish and manage secure connectivity via SAP API Management and other SAP BTP services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and carry out performance tuning
- Document integration designs, configuration details, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years SAP integration experience, with at least 3 years in SAP CPI
- Expertise in: CPI iFlow design, mapping, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript)
- Adapters: OData, SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDoc, JDBC
- XML, XSLT, JSON data formats
- API Management and SAP BTP connectivity concepts
- Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other external systems
- Understanding of cloud integration patterns, middleware concepts, and security standards
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
