About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy applications leveraging GCP services.
- Build and optimize cloud-native solutions using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Run, GKE (Kubernetes), Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.
- Write efficient, secure, and reusable code following best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging for production workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture, application design, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with Google Cloud Partner requirements by maintaining active certification status.
Requirements
- Google Cloud Professional Certification (Developer/Architect/Engineer track).
- 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands- on GCP experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform/Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and monitoring.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Good to Have Experience in multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc.
- Exposure to machine learning or AI APIs on GCP.
