About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will build a nationwide network of corporate partners for our retraining internships from the ground up — independently, in a structured way, and with a clear focus on closing deals.
  • You research which companies in a target region are suitable as internship partners for our prospective IT professionals, evaluate them by industry and fit, and prioritize your outreach.
  • You proactively contact decision-makers, explain our retraining model clearly, and bring conversations to a successful close.
  • What you build remains: a strong partner pipeline by location, maintained in the CRM, that is directly used to approve new sites.
  • Data maintenance & reporting: you keep your contacts and results up to date in the CRM, develop a robust partner pipeline by location, and provide regular feedback on what works and what doesn’t.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: Ideally you already have some work experience in sales, promotion, a call center, business development, or a comparable role.
  • A basic affinity for the tech industry and IT job profiles is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Communication skills & persistence: you proactively approach new contacts and win them over with the right arguments for our retraining model.
  • You remain friendly, keep your goal in mind, and stay persistent even in the face of minor resistance.
  • You speak and write excellent German (C2).
  • Ownership & execution: you take responsibility for your topics and drive them forward independently.
  • Structured working style: goal-oriented and structured work is important to you.
  • Availability: you are a registered student and can reliably support us for up to 20 hours per week.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • A business with purpose: you’ll work on topics that are economically, socially and societally highly relevant (digitalization, Germany’s competitiveness as a business location, labor market policy, equality, technology, etc.).
  • Steep learning curve in B2B sales: you will learn B2B cold outreach and partner management from the ground up.
  • Attractive package: performance is rewarded! You start with a guaranteed base pay of €14 per hour plus a performance-based bonus model.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Discounted sports offering through our partner Urban Sports Club.
  • High-quality company equipment (MacBook, iPhone).
