About the role
- E-Mail Marketing Campaigns: You design and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including segmentation and automation, and apply best practices.
- Lead Nurturing: You consider the entire lead lifecycle, from initial contact (welcome email) through product-specific campaigns to long-term nurturing flows that engage and activate leads. You independently build email flows and funnels to systematically qualify prospects and drive conversions.
- Channel Management: You manage new channels and platforms (e.g., Indeed, BA job board, etc.) with relevant content and ensure incoming emails are processed.
- Marketing and Sales Collateral: You ensure our materials (course brochures, flyers, one-pagers, etc.) are up to date and that we effectively and informatively reach our target audience. You work closely with our graphic designer on design tasks.
- Content Marketing: You execute content marketing initiatives such as blog posts, success stories, interviews and e-books, always considering our entire content funnel. You understand how to tailor content for different audiences and course offerings and deploy it across channels.
- Social Media: You also manage our organic social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok and prepare course content and success stories in an appealing visual and written format.
Requirements
- Email and Content Marketing Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in the field, preferably from a fast-growing startup. You have demonstrable successes from your campaigns.
- Creativity: You develop creative content ideas from concept to execution.
- Copywriting Skills: You can write persuasively and evoke emotion.
- Agility: You enjoy working in an agile environment. You also have a good eye for processes and quickly identify where improvements are needed.
- Structured Working Style: Goal-oriented and structured work is very important to you. You demonstrate high levels of diligence and attention to detail.
- Independence and Proactivity: You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility. You maintain oversight, especially when handling multiple challenges simultaneously.
- HubSpot Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM tool) is a major advantage.
- Communication: You speak and write excellent German and ideally are also proficient in spoken and written English.
Benefits
- A Business with Purpose: With us you work on topics that are highly relevant economically, socially and politically (digitalization, competitiveness of Germany’s economy, labor market policy, equality, technology, etc.).
- Steep Learning Curve: You will be onboarded quickly and will take ownership of operational topics and processes shortly after starting.
- Responsibility and Influence: As E-Mail and Content Marketing Manager you will be involved in many areas and work directly with the CMO.
- Dynamic Startup Environment and Flexible Working: We value results over prescribed workplaces and hours. We give you the flexibility you need to perform at your best.
- Long-term Perspective: In addition to a permanent employment contract, we offer opportunities to grow within the organization according to your skills and preferences.
- Attractive Package: In addition to a market-based salary and deep insights into all company areas, you’ll benefit from a discounted Urban Sports Club membership and receive high-quality company equipment (MacBook, AirPods, etc.).
