Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Multiple years of experience in software/SaaS sales with proven track record
  • First team lead or management experience with player-coach mentality
  • Genuine enjoyment of actively selling and working closely with customers
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Experience with complex B2B solution sales and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ideally experience with public clients or procurement/tender processes
  • Excellent German and English communication (written and spoken)
  • Structured, self-responsible, and proactive approach
