About the role

  • Pipeline Building - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the account executive team
  • Prospect & Qualify - Actively approach engineering leads and decision-makers via cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone with approximately 60+ activities per day
  • Outbound Excellence - Design and manage targeted outbound campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to continuously optimize messaging and approach
  • Engage & Tell Great Stories - Generate interest in AI solutions through strong storytelling and value-oriented conversations with engineering professionals
  • GTM Engineering - Experiment with creative ways to reach senior and management target groups, with bonus points for Clay experience
  • Iterate & Improve - Analyze outreach performance, test new approaches, and continuously develop SDR playbooks

Requirements

  • Strong alignment with core values and ability to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
  • Sound and demonstrable experience in outbound sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Convincing track record of success (e.g., repeatedly exceeding quota over several quarters)
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions convincingly (bonus for experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or Engineering Automation)
  • Resilience in handling rejections with composure, quick iteration ability, and strong growth mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall)
  • Passion for hunting down new opportunities and actively driving them forward
  • Desirable (but not required): Experience with Clay platform
  • Background in engineering or technical fields
  • Previous experience in AI or deep-tech companies
