About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive DACH partner strategy for market expansion
- Identify and acquire new partners including system integrators and consulting firms
- Create systematic onboarding and enablement processes including sales and product coaching for partners
- Execute co-selling activities throughout the entire sales cycle with strategic partners
- Conduct account mapping and identify growth potentials within existing partner relationships
- Lead deal reviews and business reviews while steering KPIs including leads, conversion rates, expansion, and ARR contribution
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or B2B-SaaS sales
- Demonstrable sales skills with understanding of opportunity cycles and closing capabilities
- Ability to build and nurture relationships while maintaining constant focus on revenue generation
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality for tactical execution
- Experience in DACH technology environment with enterprise customers preferred
- KPI and data-driven working methodology with performance orientation
- At least fluent German and English proficiency
- Experience with Data Analytics or Data Science - if not available, knowledge will be provided during onboarding.
