About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive DACH partner strategy for market expansion
  • Identify and acquire new partners including system integrators and consulting firms
  • Create systematic onboarding and enablement processes including sales and product coaching for partners
  • Execute co-selling activities throughout the entire sales cycle with strategic partners
  • Conduct account mapping and identify growth potentials within existing partner relationships
  • Lead deal reviews and business reviews while steering KPIs including leads, conversion rates, expansion, and ARR contribution

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or B2B-SaaS sales
  • Demonstrable sales skills with understanding of opportunity cycles and closing capabilities
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships while maintaining constant focus on revenue generation
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality for tactical execution
  • Experience in DACH technology environment with enterprise customers preferred
  • KPI and data-driven working methodology with performance orientation
  • At least fluent German and English proficiency
  • Experience with Data Analytics or Data Science - if not available, knowledge will be provided during onboarding.
