About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • 1st- and 2nd-level support for pathology locations
  • Administration of the pathology laboratory information system (LIS)
  • Coordination of service providers (Nexus, ifms, Speechmedia, 4Voice)
  • Documenting and maintaining tickets in the IT service management system, including end-to-end tracking of incidents, service requests and resolutions
  • Performing on-site visits to pathology locations to analyze and resolve technical issues, and providing support for rollouts and installations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in IT application support (1st/2nd level)
  • Understanding of system/application administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing third-party service providers (tickets, escalations, scheduling and tracking actions)
  • Structured, documentation-oriented working style and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy coordinating, liaising and working in a service-oriented manner
  • Applicants with IT affinity from pathology/laboratory practice (m/f/d) are explicitly welcome
