About the role
- Maintain the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and support related audit and certification activities.
- Monitor the organization’s security posture, and assess the coverage and effectiveness of security capabilities and processes using actionable metrics.
- Ensure security by design is embedded across the organization and guide solution architects in documenting their security concepts.
- Initiate projects to implement new security capabilities or enhance existing ones.
- Design and implement security processes and ensure IT processes relevant to security are designed and executed with security considerations in mind.
- Oversee security-architecture-related projects, ensuring minimum required documentation — including high-level architecture — is reviewed and that necessary improvements and adjustments are adopted by the project.
- Provide information security consulting and act as a liaison with all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the Security Communities to foster knowledge exchange, share best practices, and embed security gateways within service teams.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, a natural science, or equivalent professional experience with 10+ years in Information and IT Security.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, international teams; drive strategic objectives and foster collaboration within complex enterprise environments.
- Professional experience with cloud technologies, associated security processes and controls, and sound knowledge of IT security technologies and architecture.
- Expertise in information security management systems and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 family, NIS2), with experience developing security policies and procedures.
- Agile mindset with practical experience in agile methodologies; able to manage high workloads independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
- Proficient in English with excellent international communication skills, including preparing professional documentation for varied audiences and senior management. Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their security implications, including risk assessment, governance, and practical enterprise use cases.
