About the role
- Own international rollout planning and execution: Drive end-to-end project plans, country wave schedules, dependencies, and risk/issue logs for multi-country delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align Legal & DPO, CISO/ISO, IT & AI Engineering, Operations, Commercial and local stakeholders; remove blockers and maintain momentum.
- Communication leadership: Run steering updates and stakeholder briefings; create concise summaries for executives; maintain transparent decision logs and change requests.
- Quality & compliance gates: Ensure country readiness (training, UAT/acceptance) and track sign-offs prior to go-live; coordinate handover to operations.
- Reporting & documentation: Maintain timelines, RACI, KPIs, and governance packs; prepare presentations and regular status reports; drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement across countries.
- Optional (development tasks): If interested, contribute to AI development in collaboration with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Full command of project management tools and practices, including kick-off workshops, PM triangle control, RACI, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and executive steering pack routines.
- Strong knowledge of workload management and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication skills for global, multicultural stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail and strong task organization across teams, with proven ability to maintain multi-country timelines and manage dependencies.
- Strong content summarization and reporting skills: concise executive updates, presentations, and cross-disciplinary communication.
- Relevant experience leading international projects (multi-country rollouts or complex transformations) in regulated environments is advantageous.
- Expertise in software project management is a strong plus, including requirements engineering, test planning, and software quality assurance.
- Fluency in English (required); Spanish or French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
